Refund policy

Necessary Information for Shipments to the Spanish Islands and Abroad (outside of Italy and mainland Spain)

For shipments to the Spanish islands and abroad, it is necessary that the customer indicates his identification number to cross the borders without problems and avoid customs delays. This data will not be used for any other purpose. You can leave this information in the "notes" section when ordering. In case of non-indication, they will be requested by email. We will also ask for a phone number so that, in case of problems, we can contact the customer more quickly and efficiently.

Notice on Customs Costs and Taxes

Nothink Shoes is not responsible for customs costs or taxes that may be applied for the shipment, exchange or return of products. These charges will be borne by the customer.

Notice on Non-Payment of Customs Costs and Taxes

In the event of non-payment of customs costs and taxes by the customer, Nothink Shoes will proceed to request the return of the product and the shipping costs, customs costs and taxes will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer. If these expenses exceed the amount initially paid, the difference will be requested from the customer, which he has the legal obligation to bear.

Delivery of Products

Delivery Address: Products are delivered to the address provided by the user during registration or at the time of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation: The user receives an email with the tracking code when the products are delivered to the courier.

Delivery Times: The company undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of receipt.

Product Receipt: Delivery is considered made when the user or an authorized third person signs the receipt at the shipping address.

Product Control: The user must verify that the packaging is intact. If there is damage, it must be reported to the courier and notified immediately to the company.

Absence from Delivery: If the user is not present during delivery attempts, the product will be stored until the user picks it up. If it is not picked up on time, it will be returned to the company and the customer will have to pay the costs of the return and the second shipment.

Return and Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can request a return or exchange following the conditions detailed below:

Terms for Returns and Exchanges

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to notify the company of your intention to return or exchange the product.

Return Procedure

To request a return, send an email to orders@nothinkshoes.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will contact you to manage the return.

Product Conditions for Gearbox

The exchange can be made with a product of equal or greater value, provided that the product to be changed is in an intact state. In case of exchange for a lower value product, the difference will be provided as a balance in store without an expiration date.

Cost of the Return

The exchange will cost €6 for transport costs for the return in Italy and €13.50 in peninsular Spain.

For changes outside of Italy and mainland Spain, the customer will be responsible for sending the product with the courier of his choice, always guaranteeing the safe delivery of the package. Alternatively, we can arrange the collection with our courier at the price communicated by our team.

Size Change

The first size change is free.

If a second size change is required, a cost of €13.50 will be applied to cover shipping and return costs.

If an exchange is made and then a return, an additional €13.50 will be charged in addition to the cost of the return.

Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Terms: The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without having to indicate the reasons.

Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate his intention to the company by email at orders@nothinkshoes.com before the expiry of the 14 calendar days.

Refund: In case of withdrawal, the company will refund the price of the returned products within a maximum period of 30 days, deducting the shipping and return costs. For returns outside of Italy and peninsular Spain, the customer assumes the total cost of shipping and return.

Return of Products: Products must be returned within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, using the courier service chosen by the company.

Product Conditions: Products must be returned unused, intact and with all original labels. The packaging must be in perfect condition. If these conditions are not met, the company will return the products to the user at its expense.

User's responsibility: The user is responsible for receiving the returned products. The company can withhold the refund until it receives the products or proof of their return.

Damage or Loss during the Return: Under no circumstances does the company assume responsibility if the product is damaged or lost during the return process.
