The shoes are sold with a pair of 3cm flat heels and a high heel of your choice among those you can select for each model. If you want to buy other high heels you can find them in the “Products” section. Just select the heel you prefer and the size. You can choose between 36-38 and 39-41. In the box you will also find a small bag to store the heels and a shoe bag.

CHANGE THE HEEL WITH THE FEET

1. Pull the lever backwards until the heel pops off. Remove the heel by pulling it backwards.
2. Close the lever and insert the new heel until it locks easily.
3. Shift your weight to the ball of your foot and press firmly into your heel until the heel of the shoe locks into place.
4. Now stand on your toes and once again press firmly on the heel. The heel of the shoe is now firmly fixed.

CHANGING THE HEEL BY HAND

1. Press the lever up until the back opens. Slide the heel off and press the lever down again.
2. Take the heel you want to insert and slide it into the shoe.
3. You will need to simulate the movement of the foot, so with one hand press on the toe part. With the other hand, lift the back part and push the sole down on the heel until you feel the heel of the shoe lock into place.
4. After repositioning the heel of the shoe, press the center of the sole to ensure that the heel is permanently locked and adheres firmly to the shoe.

The guarantee provides that the consumer has the right to a replacement, free of charge, of the shoe for two years following purchase in the event that the mechanism of the sole and/or heels is damaged for reasons not attributable to the customer.

Our heels are safe to wear for people weighing up to 80kg (176lbs). YOU SHOULD NOT WEAR OUR SHOES IF YOU EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS NOTICE COULD RESULT IN PRODUCT FAILURE AND INJURY.

Care instructions:
Nothink shoes are made of leather. Any irregularities are characteristic of our leather. Small creases may develop after use. This is not unusual due to changes in height and does not represent a defect in the material.
Fur materials and flocked heels may shed a little initially, but this will stop after you wear the shoes a few times.
All types of leather and sensitive materials, including strap buckles, must be protected from contact with water, heat, fats and oils, perfumes, alcohol and other aggressive agents such as detergents. Please also avoid contact with materials that could transfer colors to the product.
We recommend cleaning the products with a soft cloth.

Shoes should always be stored with flat heels when not in use.

All Mime et Moi shoes and additional heels are compatible with Nothink shoes and additional heels.
